Senior Lecturer in Law, Dr Christopher Kendall was appointed national editor of the Australian Intellectual Property Forum last year.Australian IP Forum has papers on intellectual property and related issues dealing with commercial law, trade practices, licensing, innovation and technology transfer. The journal, published by the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand, will now be housed within the Murdoch University School of Law. Murdoch Economics researcher Dr Ray Petridis was recently honoured in a special edition of the journal History of Economics Review.Dr Petridis played a key role in establishing and building the History of Economic Thought Society of Australia and was renowned for his work in this field together with that in labour economics. Researchers from Murdoch’s School of Economics contributed to the special issue with separate papers from Paul Flatau and Associate Professor Robert Leeson and a special tribute from the two. Professor Leeson also guest edited the special issue. |
