Potter honoured on Highly Cited list
Professor Ian Potter Professor Ian Potter, Director of the Centre for Fish and Fisheries at Murdoch University, has been acknowledged by Thomson-ISI as a Highly Cited Researcher. This honour places Professor Potter in the world's top 250 researchers in the category of Plant and Animal Science whose collected publications have received the highest number of citations across the past two decades. He is one of only 14 Australians in this category, and the only Australian fish biologist or fishery scientist who has been recorded in the ISI list of the 78 most highly cited researchers in Australia, who publish in the fields of science and technology. Professor Richard Hobbs from Murdoch University’s School of Environmental Science has also been acknowledged on this list previously. |
